TriboGel

TriboGel 1014 is a polyurea thickened heavy dampening grease. This grease has good resistance to caustic wash solutions and is suitable as a masking agent for parts that undergo a severe wash step as part of a coating process.

TriboGel 1021 is an extremely heavy motion dampening lubricant. This material was designed to provide slower, more controlled movement in yaw bearings. Being fully synthetic, it performs more reliably across a wide temperature range. When compared to a standard lubricant, the rate of yaw under constant torque decreases by approximately two orders of magnitude at ambient. At low temperature, the rate of yaw slows by a factor of three.

TriboGel 1112 lubricant is carefully balanced to provide a mixture of friction reduction, dampening, wear prevention, extreme pressure performance, low temperature performance, and ferrous corrosion protection. This grease has good water resistance and is designed to work in dirty, salty environments.

TriboGel 1117 is a high viscosity synthetic hydrocarbon calcium sulfonate complex grease. This grease has excellent film strength and dampens noise and vibration. TriboGel 1117 has excellent antiwear properties and corrosion protection of ferrous metals. This product contains polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

TriboGel 1205 lubricant is carefully balanced to provide a mixture of friction reduction, dampening, wear prevention, extreme pressure performance, low temperature performance, and ferrous corrosion protection. This grease has good water resistance and is designed to work in dirty, salty environments and protects against shock loading.

Tribogel 1310 is lithium thickened, formulated with a high viscosity base oil and polymer. The polymer used in this formulation will provide added film strength, noise damping and povide good resistance to water washout in automotive applications.

TriboGel 1363 is a synthetic NLGI #2 grade lithium 12-hydroxystearate thickened grease. It is polymer fortified to improve adhesion and dampening. It is suitable for a wide range of applications.

TriboGel 1412 is a polyurea and calcium sulfonate grease with PTFE and polymer additives. This grease provides good damping, good EP/antiwear capability, great fretting wear protection, and excellent water resistance. Ideal for loaded metal to metal applications and this grease is resistant to degradation from high temperature welding and washout during autophoretic coating processes.

Tribogel 1425 is a calcium sulfonate thickened grease, using synthetic base oil for good low temp performance at -40C, and polymer for noise damping. Tribogel 1425 offers excellent corrosion resistance, load carrying ability, and wear resistance for metal to metal interfaces.

Tribogel 1483 is an automotive and industrial grease intended for wide temperature ranges and demanding applications. This grease has excellent shear stability, load carrying capacity, and ferrous corrosion protection. It also contains molybdenum disulfide for enhanced load carrying and outstanding fretting corrosion protection. Tribogel 1483 is ideal for metal to metal interfaces where noise damping is required.
 

TriboGel 1712 is an inorganically thickened, medium consistency, high viscosity synthetic hydrocarbon grease with excellent adhesive properties for applications requiring greases to stay in place. It exhibits no oil separation at elevated temperatures and excellent water resistance. It is fortified to provide superior ferrous corrosion protection.

TriboGel 1868 is a synthetic hydrocarbon polytetrafluoroethylene thickened heavy dampening grease.  It is intended for automotive and industrial applications which require high tackiness and minimal change in damping characteristics over a wide temperature range.

TriboGel 1915 is a lithium thickened synthetic hydrocarbon grease. It is fortified with additives to promote film formation in sub-EHD conditions.

TriboGel 1919 is a fully synthetic polyurea grease and a high level of polymer additives. This grease provides moderate dampening, good EP/antiwear capability, and excellent water resistance.  This grease is also very resistant to degradation from high temperature welding and washout during autophoretic coating processes.

TriboGel 1924 is an all-purpose synthetic grease thickened with lithium soap. The medium viscosity base oil provides good wear resistance and good mechanical damping. This grease is fortified with additives to help it stay in place and possess low oil separation and very good shear stability. Ideally suited for plastic, elastomer and metal lubrication.

TriboGel 206 is a synthetic hydrocarbon grease prepared from a lithium-based thickening agent and fortified with additives to improveoxidative stability.

TriboGel 208 is a fully synthetic Lithium thickened grease designed for use in sliding applications. It has good wear prevention characteristics.

TriboGel 3506 has been specially formulated for automotive seat mechanisms and general body hardware. It is also a light noise dampening grease. This grease has good metal anti-wear properties, low oil separation, and excellent ferrous corrosion protection.

TriboGel 410 is a synthetic hydrocarbon heavy dampening grease thickened with fumed silica designed for a wide variety of automotive applications.

TriboGel 410A is a synthetic hydrocarbon grease prepared from silica thickening agent and fortified with additives to improve oxidative stability.

TriboGel 440A is a synthetic hydrocarbon dampening grease prepared from a silica thickening agent and fortified with additives to improve oxidative stability. TriboGel 440A contains polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

TriboGel 440B is a synthetic hydrocarbon dampening grease prepared from a silica thickening agent and fortified with additives to improve oxidative stability. TriboGel 440B contains polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

TriboGel 508DS is a semi-fluid synthetic lubricant designed for use in dip/spin application methods. This product offers a solventfree method to coat intricate parts in batch-type processing. It also has low temperature performance to -45C, as well as excellent corrosion protection.

TriboGel 5606B is a very high viscosity dampening grease. It has very high film strength and sticks to parts.

TriboGel 6130 is a silica thickened synthetic hydrocarbon grease. It is fortified with additives to promote film formation in sub-EHD conditions.

TriboGel 684 is a synthetic grease fortified with polytetrafluoroethylene and other additives to improve oxidation stability, extreme pressure, anti-wear, and dampening. This grease provides the lubrication of higher viscosity base oil with the low temperature performance of a lower viscosity base oil.

TriboGel 715 is a low temperature synthetic grease with the lubrication and dampening ability of grease formulated with higher viscosity base oil. TriboGel 715 uses special technology to maximize it lubrication ability without sacrificing performance at -40C.

TriboGel 752-2UV is a fully synthetic polyurea thickened grease with a polymer additive.  This grease provides moderate dampening, good EP/antiwear capability, and excellent water resistance. TriboGel 752-2UV is also resistant to degradation from high temperature welding and washout during autophoretic coating processes.  This product also contains a UV marker for easy identification.

TriboGel 874VLF is a synthetic hydrocarbon dampening grease prepared from a silica thickening agent and fortified with additives to improve oxidative stability. TriboGel 874VLF contains polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

TriboGel 874VLF-MS is a synthetic hydrocarbon dampening grease prepared from a silica thickening agent and fortified with additives to improve oxidative stability. TriboGel 874VLF-MS contains polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE.) and molybdenum disulfide.

TriboGel 904 was designed as a grease for heavily loaded, slow moving gearbox applications. It provides a thicker film than oil on gear teeth to provide lubrication under boundary conditions, particularly with frequent starts and stops. It provides grater protection than oil under shock loading conditions. It may be used to replace gear oil in leaking gearboxes. It should not be used where splash lubrication is required for bearings at the top of the gearbox.

TriboGel 939 is lithium thickened high viscosity dampening grease. This material is fortified with PTFE.

TriboGel 968 is synthetic hydrocarbon polytetrafluoroethylene thickened medium viscosity damping grease. This grease is fortified with a corrosion inhibitor and an extreme pressure additive.
